Have any idea how to upload pictures and have it the size you want? I hate uploading the picture then having to stretch it, it takes away from the quality.

i use piknic too. unfortunately, it diminishes the size of the photos dramatically! so i worry about clients being able to print their photos in large sizes when i edit with it. but it works for now. i don't know anything about photoshop!
i upload my pics to flickr and then go to all sizes and grab the html for the medium size. that usually works well.
